resilience & epigenetIcs course

This mind-shifting course is divided into two parts: The first half of the course is dedicated to introducing psychological core concepts that people need to better understand themselves and those around them. We then teach people healthy ways to deal with their own stressors.

Due to scientific developments, we are able to take your team through their very own epigenetic assessment, to determine their dominant hormonal drivers and how this impacts their health. Each person gets their own personal profile on our SHAE mobile application, helping them to assess their genetic traits and characteristics. It also provides a platform where they can see accurate data and personalised nutrition, movement and lifestyle advice.

Staff will understand why some of their personality traits exist and how this can help them to make better decisions in life. This course will help people amplify their natural strengths while leveraging the team to help address their weaknesses.

This experience will create a more cohesive team and help individuals to understand each other better, while highlighting their own personal barriers. All 20 attendees will also receive 2 x 20 min personal coaching sessions with their very own qualified epigenetics health coach, to ensure they are implementing this new knowledge properly.
