Megan is a registered yoga teacher who specialises in teaching and modifying yoga in ways that support you to stay active, pain-free and stress-free. She teaches a Hatha style of Yoga with Vinyasa flow, focused on strength and mobility without advanced poses. She also teaches specialty Restorative Yoga classes designed to manage chronic stress and chronic pain, as well as provide an introduction to breathing and meditation practices.
Megan offers private yoga sessions for:
- Designing an individualised yoga plan that you can practice at home or work
- Learning the basics of yoga, including key body and posture alignment
- Managing chronic stress and pain
- Modifying yoga poses for your body, including injuries or health conditions, to safely participate in group classes
One of our senior trainers with over 15 years experience in the health and fitness industry will be able to screen and assess what your main performance barriers are.
We take the most important information from your assessment and with your permission, we meet with our team every week to create the best pathway forward for you.
