Helena has worked in the fitness and health industry for over 17 years. She is a MNZ registered massage therapist and has also been working as a Kaizen Health Practitioner in more recent years. Helena specialises in executive training and women’s health. She works with individuals from all walks of life, many who have the pressures of a high stress environment.
The holistic approach she uses with clients is based on bio-individuality – ‘each person is unique with highly individualised lifestyle and exercise requirements’. The ultimate goal is to assist and guide you to improve your fitness and mobility, to make positive changes to your lifestyle and enhance your quality of life.
