Small Group Training
Our focus of these small group training sessions is on quality, inclusivity, community and fun.
Our classes fit a maximum of 12 people and operate over a 5-week block.
We use this structure to create variety and progress movement, intensity and complexity over time. It is this structured and tailored approach that gets results long term.

Research also tells us that a well designed and delivered session is key in both adherence and results. All of these elements we pride ourselves on at HealthFit and we strive to continually improve.
You do not need to be a member to experience any one of our classes. However, you will need to book online or through our reception at 04 979 9056, as these sessions are extremely popular.
We recommend classes for certain biotypes in order to align our genes with our training and increase the efficiency in attaining results. We know that when we mismatch our genes to our training it may yield up to an 84% non response rate - meaning by training more you may get no significant results or even go backwards!
Everyone can attend any class but the approach may vary in terms of how you perform the classes - please talk with your coach or instructor prior to committing to a class. This will help you get the most of your experience.
