Each intake will progress from simple exercises to more advanced moves. You will find your strength and ability will improve and so the exercise will be modified to increase the intensity.  

Nellie teaches Pilates (and personal training) with the aim of building a strong and stable core to support other exercises and demands of daily life, as well as improving movement awareness and functionality.
