Research shows us the metabolic fitness training and HIIT (one of the training modes in our classes) has many health benefits including increased adherence, decreased cardiovascular events, controlling and treating diabetes, positive metabolic effects and positive body composition changes. HIIT may also increase the number and efficiency of our Mitochondria (known as the powerhouse of the cell) resulting in increased fitness and energy levels.
What Biotype is HealthFit Metabolic best suited for?
These high intensity classes involve varied movements with moderate to high impact exercises. For this reason, Activators, Connectors and Crusaders will get the best return in terms of fitness energy from these sessions. Other biotypes can also benefit from this but the approach may vary - please talk to your instructor.
